Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

LeadService is a service of Bryan Brandley LLC, a Utah limited liability company. LeadService (“we”, “us”) builds and hosts websites for local service businesses and provides a lead management portal. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions go to support@leadservice.app.

2. Information We Collect

From our subscribers (the businesses who hire us): business name, address, phone numbers, email addresses, mobile number for text alerts, photos and content you provide for your website, and billing information.

From your website visitors (your prospective customers): the name, phone number, email address, requested service, and message they submit through the contact form on your website. This lead data belongs to you. We process it on your behalf so we can store it in your portal and notify you.

Payment information is collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Program

LeadService offers an optional text message alert service. If you turn it on, we send an automated SMS to the mobile number you provide each time a new lead is submitted through your website, so you can respond quickly.

Consent. You opt in by affirmatively checking the SMS consent box in your portal settings and providing your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any other LeadService product or service, and the box is never pre-checked. We record the date, time, and IP address of your opt-in, along with the exact disclosure text shown to you at that moment.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on how many leads your website receives.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. LeadService does not charge for the messages themselves beyond your subscription; your mobile carrier may.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts immediately. Reply HELP for assistance, or email support@leadservice.app. You can also turn text alerts off at any time in your portal settings. Opting out of SMS does not affect your email lead notifications or any other part of your subscription.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to build and host your website, capture and store your leads, notify you of new leads by email and (with your consent) SMS, provide access to your portal, process your subscription payments, and provide support. We do not use your leads’ contact information for our own marketing.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your information or your leads’ information. We share data only with the service providers required to run the Service:

• Supabase — database hosting for your site content and lead records.
• Vercel — website and application hosting.
• Twilio — delivery of SMS lead alerts.
• SparkPost — delivery of email lead notifications.
• Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of LeadService, our subscribers, or the public.

6. Data Retention

We retain your business information and lead records for as long as your subscription is active. After cancellation we retain your data for 30 days so you can request an export, then delete it. SMS consent records are retained for at least four years after opt-out, as required for messaging compliance.

7. Your Rights

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@leadservice.app. Lead data submitted through your website is available to export from your portal at any time.

8. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with access controls limiting it to your portal and our administrators. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in to your portal. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

10. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email with 30 days’ notice, and the “last updated” date above will change.
