Terms of Service

1. Service Description

LeadService provides local businesses with professionally designed websites, lead capture forms, and a lead management portal (“the Service”). Each website is built, hosted, and maintained by LeadService on a monthly subscription basis.

2. Subscription and Billing

By subscribing, you agree to pay the monthly fee for your selected plan. Billing occurs automatically each month on the anniversary of your subscription start date via Stripe. All fees are in USD and non-refundable unless required by law.

Your subscription includes: one professionally built local business website, a lead management portal, lead email notifications, and ongoing site hosting.

3. Add-On Services

Optional add-ons (such as additional portal users) are billed at the rates listed at checkout. Add-ons are added to your monthly subscription and can be cancelled at any time through your billing portal.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal. Upon cancellation, your website will remain live through the end of your current billing period, after which it will be taken offline. You retain all rights to the content and information you provided.

5. Content and Data

You retain ownership of all business information, photos, and content you provide. You grant LeadService a limited license to use this content to build and maintain your website. Lead data (contact information submitted through your site) belongs to you and is accessible through your portal at all times.

6. Service Availability

LeadService will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and deliver email notifications. We are not liable for lead notifications lost due to third-party service outages (email providers, etc.).

7. Changes to Terms

LeadService may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
